COCO MOKA offers free worldwide shipping to most countries for orders over 250 Euros. For orders under 250 Euros, shipping cost is based on the method of delivery.

Shipping to the UK starts at 10 Euros. Delivery may take up to 10 working days. Please note that, due to Brexit, new taxes may be applied for orders after January 1, 2021.

Shipping to Europe starts at 15 Euros. Delivery can take up to 10 working days.

International deliveries, including Russian Federation, United States, Asia, Australia, and other locations, starts at 20 Euros. Delivery may take up to 15 working days.

Orders that are placed before 12:00 p.m. (GMT+1 local time) ship the same day in most cases. If we have a high order volume, it may take more time to ship your order.

Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. (GMT+1 local time) are shipped the next business day. Order placed after 12:00 p.m. (GMT+1 local time) on Friday or over the weekend are shipped on the following Monday.

Exchanges can only be made for the same product. You can request a different size or color. If you would like to exchange your COCO MOKA garment for a different style, please use the same process as a return/refund. You can then place a new order for the item that you want.

Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from COCO MOKA, please return it to us in new condition within 14 days of receipt.

We recommend that you return the item by way of recorded or signed for service post. Retain a copy of proof of postage for your records. Items that are returned to us remain the customer’s responsibility, and we will not issue a refund, until we receive the item.

All returned items should be in “as new” condition, meaning not washed or worn. When returning items, please ensure that the product is packaged well and protected from damage during shipping. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that are received in an unsaleable condition.
For international returns, packages must be marked “Goods returned under warranty,” as COCO MOKA cannot be responsible for any customs charges that are incurred in transit.

If you believe that your product has any manufacturing defects, please contact us as soon as possible at info@coco-moka.com. We will arrange an exchange or refund upon receipt of the defective item.

Please note that items that are damaged due to excessive or long-term use are not considered defective or faulty.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the items. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund for your items from COCO MOKA, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item that costs more than 100 Euros, we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned items.

We cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages that show a successful delivery through the tracking system of the carrier.

After we receive and approve your returned items, we will process your refund. A credit is automatically applied to your credit card or the original method of payment. Refunds are processed within a certain number of days. For details, contact us at info@coco-moka.com.

If you haven’t received a refund within the time specified, we recommend that you first check with your bank or credit company again. It may take some time before your refund is posted to your account. If you have checked with your bank or credit card company and the refund has not posted, contact us at info@coco-moka.com.

Sales items cannot be refunded. Only items purchased at regular price can be refunded.
